Chaga stout #136 Imperial Stout (13 F) Jeg var i Tromsø i juni og kom over ei bjørk med 240g chaga på. Bjørka ble lettet for soppen og jeg brygget en kraftig stout med chaga. Ett fat ble karbonert kunstig og bokset. Foreløpig er smaken veldig god. Eikefatet med 30 liter står fremdeles, og jeg tror det kanskje blir stående til våren 2020. Har etterfylt eikefatet litt når jeg bokset det andre fatet.
