har stått i kjøleskap fram til 24. juni på rundt 1 grad - tappet over på 19 liters fat og flasket resten - smakte veldig bra
flaskene (6 liter ble tilsatt 20 dråper whisky ekstrakt)

Denne ble gørrgod og skal brygges igjen til vinteren

Har ikke tindvedbær - erstatter med gojibær - og dobler mengden til 200g

Etter mesk - ta ut litt vørter og bløtlegg gojibærene i ei gryte - hold dem varme - ikke kok

Etter kok tilsett bærene og væsken de ligger i, ha på lokk og la stå i 20 minutter.

Bruker t-58 slurry etter #131 1664 blanc

la gjære i ett par dager - 19 grader - knus stikkelsbærene og gi dem ett oppkok - avkjøl og tilsett dem i dunkene.

Salt tilsettes sukkerlake ved flasking
