kokte i 10 minutter før avkjøling i karet

Når temp var 38 grader tilsatte jeg 3 glass lacto blanding fra Ytre Randesund Brygghus. Jeg Fylte på C02 gjennom tappekrana i vørteren og tettet lokket skikkelig med gladpak og gaffa. La ett tykt teppe på toppen for å isolere litt ekstra- var -5 grader om natta
lacto skal jobbe på 38 grader til PH er 3,4 - mål ved å tappe av litt
målt 26 nov til PH 4
kokes 27 nov og gjøres ferdig. tømmes rett over gjærkaka til Havre #127

tilsatte 1,5 kg demerara og 3 kg melkesukker i whirlpool (glemte nesten å tilsette)
