Nice Weiss #103 brygget 29. august 2017 Denne gangen brukte jeg oppskrift fra Speidel - det kan anbefales. Masse god banan og aroma i denne. Jeg benyttet i tillegg til flasker nyinnkjøpte 30 liters stålfat m S kobling. Flaskene ble litt overkarbonert, greit å ha resten på fat for kontroll av CO2.
