Tappet på flasker med 2g sukker pr liter, erfaringen min tilsier:

Mørk øl ettergjærer på flaska, så tar gjæren en pause og fortsetter, de gangene jeg har bruktr 4 gram sukker på mørkt øl, så kommer det ofte en skumfontene opp av flaska, gjerne ett år etter flasking.
Benytter derfor standard 2g sukker på mørkt øl på liter.


Smaken på God Jul ble som forventet, rund, mørk og god

varmer opp 55 liter vann til 38 grader, har oppi ca halvparten av malten og kjører opp til 65 grader - mesker 1 time
skyller med 6 liter vann
mesker resten av malten i en tim på 65 grader, skrur opp til 78 grader og mesker 10-15 minutter
glemte å ha oppi protaflock i denne :-(

Smak og aroma ved tapping lover bra. Skulle egentlig hatt oppi avkok av lakrisrot v tapping, det glemte jeg.
Januar 2016 - smaker bra, kunne vært litt mer røyksmak og selvfølgelig lakrisrota jeg glemte.
Karboneringen har enda litt å gå på, men er vesentlig bedre enn RISen #77
